Multiply values of x and y in each column of table.

Y	3	1.5	b	1	d
xy	3a	9	2.25b	1c	1.8d

Using the fact the in inverse proportion multiplication of x and y is constant and hence equate each column value with 9 and solve for a, b, c, and d.
Solving for a,

3 a = 9

\Rightarrow a = 3

Solving for b,

2.25 b = 9

\Rightarrow b = 4

Solving for c,

1 c = 9

\Rightarrow c = 9

Solving for d,

1.8 d = 9

\Rightarrow d = 5

Value of a = 3, b = 4, c = 9, and d = 5.
