For a L- C – R series circuit List – I with List – II (Terms have their usual meaning) 

List – I                             List – II

a) X_L = X_C                   d) Current  leads voltage

b) X_L > X_C                   e) Current  lags voltage

c) X_L < X_C                   f) Current and voltage are in phase

When X_L=X_C, series LCR circuit will be driven into resonance when the circuit pure resistive. so current and voltage appears to be in phase. a-f 

When X_L>X_C, LCR series circuit is inductive in nature. so, voltage leads current(current lags voltage). b-e 

When X_L<X_C, LCR series circuit is capacitive in nature. so, current leads voltage. c-d Ans: Option B a-f, b-e, c-d
