 upto t=2R2+R1C the charging of capacitor takes place through the resistors R1,R2 and R2

At time t charge on the capacitor is given by , Q = EC (1 - etR1+2R2)

So at t = (R1+2R2)C, charge on the capacitor Q1 = EC(1-e-1) 

 After t=2R2+R1C the discharging of capacitor takes place through R1 . So current through the battery is zero .
