Detailed Solution

Rajya Sabha delays a Money Bill only up to 14 days.
Money bills cannot be changed by the Rajya Sabha, but changes may be suggested. The Lok Sabha Speaker certifies the measure as a money bill before forwarding it to the upper house, and the Speaker's decision is binding on both Houses. This is done to prevent the Rajya Sabha from amending the law by adding some non-money topics. If a money bill is not returned to the Lok Sabha within 14 days, it is assumed to have been approved by both houses in the form in which the Lok Sabha originally passed it.
