Effect of this equilibrium is

When CO combines with hemoglobin  $\Delta G$ < 0, i.e., reaction is spontaneous (in forward side). More O₂ is released. Thus, O₂-carrying capacity of hemoglobin is reduced.
It does not involve H₂O hence no effect of addition of H₂O

Also, $\Delta G=-2.303RT\log K$
Hence. increase in temperature makes $\Delta G$ more negative.
