Jacobins club were set up for the educated middle class.
The students and the other members of the educated class had a club named Jacobins club entirely for themselves. The Jacobin class was set up when the news of the events reached the ears of the students and educated middle-class people in the different cities of Europe. Their activities and campaigns played a huge role in preparing and paving the way for the French armies to march into Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, and some parts of Italy in the 1790s. The Jacobin club also played a massive role in the French Revolution.
