Forest fire is an example of spontaneous combustion.

Due to the extreme heat of summer, in some places dry grass catches fire. From this grass, very soon, it spreads to the whole forest and leads to the forest fire. It does not require any ignition. Hence it is an example of spontaneous combustion.
