Clearly, the first plate of 2μF capacitor, the second plate of 3μF capacitor are connected and the first plate of 5μF capacitor are connected to the point A. On the other hand, the second plate of 2μF capacitor, the first plate of 3μFcapacitor and the second plate of 5μF capacitor are connected and the point B. Thus the capacitors of 2μF3μF and  5μF are connected in parallel between points A and B, as shown in the equivalent circuit diagram. Total capacitance of the parallel combination of capacitances  2μF,3μF and 5μF is 
C=2+3+5=10μF
Equivalent capacitance between X and Y.
=10×1010+10=5μF
