Detailed Solution

Freedom to live in any part of India has been given to citizens so that they can live anywhere in the country.
Every Indian citizen has the right "to stay and settle in any portion of the territory of India," as stated in Article 19(1)(e). However, by Article 19's paragraph (5), this right may be subject to legal restrictions that are reasonable and necessary for the preservation of any Scheduled Tribe's interests or the general welfare. Eliminating internal barriers within India or any of its parts is the goal of the clause. As used in this article, the phrase "the territory of India'' denotes the freedom to live anywhere and in any region of the Indian State. It should be mentioned that the freedom to roam about the nation and the right to live there are complementary and frequently coexist.
