Detailed Solution

From AD 594 onwards, books in China were printed by rubbing paper against the surface of  Woodblocks.
China, Japan, and Korea are credited with the invention of the oldest forms of print technology. This was a method of printing using your hands. The process of printing books in China began around the year 594 AD and involved rubbing paper, which was also invented in China, against the inked surface of woodblocks. Since it was not possible to print on both sides of the thin, porous sheet, the traditional Chinese "accordion book" was created by folding the sheet in half and stitching it along the side. Calligraphy is a beautiful art form that can be replicated by highly skilled artisans to an astounding degree of precision.
