Detailed Solution

Concept: The secretory tissue that helps in guttation is called a hydathode. Vascular bundles connect them to a plant's vascular system.
They are formed of a collection of live cells with multiple water-filled intercellular gaps. The cells, often referred to as epithem cells, communicate with the outside through open pores and open out into one or more sub-epidermal chambers. Water is lost by the process of guttation, which is facilitated by hydathodes on a plant's leaf margin. With the help of root pressure, which causes liquid to exude from the pores, the hydathodes participate in the guttation process.
Hence, option 3 is correct.
