△ ADE,

\tan 60^{o} = \frac{60}{DE}

⇒

DE = \frac{60}{\sqrt{3}}

⇒

DE = 20 \sqrt{3}

BCDE

is a rectangle.
So,

BC = DE

BC = 20 \sqrt{3}

BD = CE . . . (1)

△ ABC

\tan 30^{o} = \frac{AB}{20 \sqrt{3}}

AB = 20 \sqrt{3} \times \frac{1}{\sqrt{3}}

AD = AB + BD
