Embryo sac is formed from functional megaspore after three generations of mitotic divisions in its nucleus.

(1) In angiosperms, endosperm is formed from primary endosperm nucleus or endosperm mother cell.

(3) Embryo is formed from zygote. Zygote is formed as a result of syngamy. 

(4) Ovule is formed from the placental tissue of ovary of angiosperms.
