Detailed Solution

Fundamental duties have been incorporated into the Indian Constitution by the 42nd Amendment. The Fundamental Duties are the moral duties that all Indian citizens have to help spread a sense of patriotism and keep India together. The 42nd Amendment Act added these things to the Indian Constitution. These are laws, and courts can't make people do them. The 42nd Amendment, made in 1976, added the Fundamental Duties of citizens to the Constitution. This was done based on the recommendations of the Swaran Singh Committee, which the government had set up earlier that year. The Fundamental Duties used to only include ten things, but the 86th Amendment added one more in 2002. It said that every parent or guardian had to make sure that their child or ward got an education between the ages of six and fourteen.
