Detailed Solution

Fundamental Rights in the constitution are necessary because they are enforceable in nature and justifiable in courts. They are fundamental rights which guarantee us some necessities of life. These rights are guaranteed by the Indian Constitution and cannot be violated at any cost. One can always go to the Supreme Court or the High Courts in case of a breach, as these rights are enforceable. No law, action or policy of the Central or State Government or any government organisation can limit this law. The fundamental rights are protected by the Right to Constitutional Remedies, which is known as the Heart and Soul of the Indian Constitution. Right to Constitutional Remedies challenges any action of Legislature and Executive which limits an individual's fundamental rights. Writs are issued for the enforcement of fundamental rights.
