A is true. The outer walls of guard cells are thin, and the inner walls are thick. Because of this, when guard cells are turgid, the outer walls bulge, but inner walls resist bulging.It is this thickness of walls of guard cells that leads to the formation of a crescent shape on the inner walls.

R is also true. The epidermal hairs on the stem are called trichomes. Trichomes are multicellular, branched or unbranched, soft or stiff and may be secretory. They help the shoot system in preventing water loss due to transpiration.
