Given, mass of an object m=10 kg

acceleration due to gravity of Earth ge = 9.8 m/s2

 weight of object on Earth is We= m x ge

 We= 10 x 9.8= 98N

acceleration due to gravity of moon gm= 1/6 x ge

 weight of object on moon Wm= m x gm 

Wm = 10 x 1/6 x ge=10 x 1/6 x 9.8 = 16.3 N.
