Herbert Spencer gave the concept of survival of the fittest. Hitler believed in the hierarchy of the races, where Aryans were at the top, and the Jews had the bottommost position. His view was based on the concepts of Charles Darwin and Herbert Spencer, who gave the theory of the survival of the fittest in evolution. Hitler extended this concept to his policy, and hence Nazi government followed a systematic policy of exterminating unwanted races. Through this, they justified their horrific policies of such beliefs. The worst affected were the Jews, who were brutally killed.
