Detailed Solution

Concept: Taenia solium has had a prolonged and difficult life. Two hosts are required to complete its life cycle. The primary host is a man, while the secondary host is a pig. Taenia life cycle lacks a free larval stage.
Taenia solium hexacanth larvae enter the intestine and then utilize their hooks to attach to the mucous layer there. To further penetrate the intestinal wall, it makes advantage of the substances produced by the glands responsible for penetration. Later, the hepatic portal vein, which connects to the liver, is reached by hexacanth larvae. The hexacanth larva eventually changes into a cysticercus larva, and at this point it depends on the nutrients rather than getting it from the tissues. It enlarges and swells as a result of this.
Additionally, a hole that is being filled with a liquid fluid appears in the center of the cell mass as a result of the disintegration of mesenchyme. There is a lot of plasma in the blood of the host.
Hence, option 4 is the correct answer.
