The Treaty of Versailles brought a huge shame to Germany. The treaty reduced the military size and power of the country. Germany was forced to give away all of its overseas colonies to the Allied forces and pay the price of the war to the Allied forces by accepting the guilt of the war. This treaty caused great humiliation to Hitler and Germany. He decided to take revenge by creating one united nation. The Treaty of Versailles led to the rise of Hitler’s power by allying with the people who supported Hitler’s idea and government along with the military.
