Detailed Solution

Hitler integrated Austria and Germany in 1938.
Once the Enabling Act was passed, it paved the way for dictatorship in Germany. It gave Hitler ultimate powers and complete control of the media, economy, judiciary, and army. The addition of special surveillance and security forces lent the Nazi state its reputation as the most dreaded criminal state. As part of his reconstruction efforts, Hitler assigned the economist Hjalmar Schacht full responsibility for the country's economic recovery. Hitler was also successful in his foreign policies. After pulling out of the League of Nations in 1933, Hitler reoccupied Rhineland in 1936.
Furthermore, in 1938, Hitler integrated Germany and Austria under the slogan "One People, One Empire, and One Leader." However, these successes had an unexpected impact on the country's economy. For Hitler, wage war was the only way to overcome the looming financial crisis.
