Detailed Solution

Hjalmar Schacht was an economist.
After the Enabling Act was passed on 3rd March 1933, Hitler got all the powers he needed and became the dictator of Germany. He banned all political parties and trade unions, except for the Nazi party and its affiliate. Further, to bring the collapsed Germany back on track, Hitler assigned the responsibility of economic recovery to the economist Hjalmar Schacht. Hjalmar aimed for a state-funded work creation program. This produced the German superhighways and the car brand Volkswagen or people's car in Germany, which can be termed as a positive result for the economy.
