How are clouds formed? 

The evaporated water from seas, lakes, and other water sources in the form of water vapor raises. These water vapors then condense and form clouds in the sky. When these clouds get heavy, they precipitate. It can be in the form of snow, sleet, or, rainfall. This is called the water cycle. 

Clouds are not formed by the condensation of snow. So it is an incorrect option.
