How does yeast reproduce?

Reproduction is the biological process by which organisms produce offspring. Asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction are the two basic forms of reproduction.

Sexual reproduction involves the fusion of sperm and eggs to form a zygote, while asexual reproduction does not involve the formation of gametes to create a new organism.

Budding is a type of asexual reproduction in which a new organism develops from an outgrowth or bud due to cell division at one particular site. 

Yeast reproduces by budding where a small amount of cytoplasm accumulates at one end of the cell and forms a bud.

The bud grows and later gets detached from the parent cell to form a new individual.
