How long can a person remain a Minister in India without being Parliament? 

Framers of the Constitution by prescribing the cut-off date of "six consecutive months" throughout that a non-legislator Minister should get elective  to the general assembly clearly supposed that a non-legislator cannot be permissible to stay a minister for any amount on the far side six consecutive months.
