Current, I = 5 A
The equivalent resistance of the combination = R, 

Given as,
$\frac{1}{\mathrm{R}}=\mathrm{x}\times \frac{1}{176}$
$\mathrm{R}=\frac{176}{\mathrm{x}}$
From Ohm’s law,
$\frac{\mathrm{V}}{\mathrm{I}}=\frac{176}{\mathrm{x}}$
$\mathrm{x}=\frac{176\times \mathrm{I}}{\mathrm{V}}$
