How many families own the majority of land in the village?

The eighty higher caste families own the bulk of land within the village. Their homes, a number of them quite massive, area unit fabricated from brick with cement application. The SCs (dalits) comprise one third of the population and sleep in one corner of the village and in a lot of smaller homes a number of that area unit of mud and straw.
