Detailed Solution

We all know, There are four Vedas- the Rigveda, the Yajurveda, the Samaveda and the Atharvaveda.
(1) Rigveda: It is the oldest of the four Vedas, and thus the oldest of Indian literature. It contains 1028 verses. It is a fantastic work divided into ten sections. The majority of the verses are God's prayers. During the yagnas, these prayers were used.
(2) Samveda: It was written to emphasise the process of reciting verses. As a result, it is referred to as the Gangotri of music.
(3) Yajurveda: This is a Yagnas veda. It is written in both prose and verse forms. This describes the hymns sung during Yagyas, as well as the religious practices and rituals.
(4) Atharvaveda: This text describes various rituals and sanskaras.
