Given,
Power = 100 W
We have to convert Watt into kilowatt so,
Power = 1001000 kW
Power P  = 0.1 kW
Now,
For = 1 second,
Electrical energy consumed;
Energy E = Power × time
 E= 0.1 kW×1 h3600           (since 1 second=13600hours)
 E =  0.1×36000003600 J                   (since 1 kWh=3.6×106J)
 E = 100 J
Now for t = 1minute
Energy E = Power × time
 E= 0.1 kW×60 h3600
 E= 0.1 ×60×3.6×1063600                  (since 1 kWh=3.6×106J)
