How to make black coffee?

Making black coffee is straightforward. Here’s a simple process:

• Choose your coffee: Use fresh ground coffee beans (medium grind) or instant coffee if easier.
• Boil water: Heat water to just below boiling (~90-95 °C).
• Brew the coffee: If using ground beans, place about 1 to 2 tablespoons (for a standard cup) in your coffee maker / French press / filter. Pour hot water and let brew for ~3-4 minutes (depending on strength). If using instant coffee, add about 1 teaspoon (or per your taste) in a cup, then pour hot water and stir.
• Pour into cup: Once brewed, pour into a pre-warmed cup to preserve temperature.
• Serve black: Do not add milk, cream, or sugar if you want pure black coffee. You may add sugar or sweetener only if you prefer slightly sweet.
