1)      Ram Prasad Bismil formed the HSRA in 1928. Other notable leaders connected to the organisation include Chandrasekhar Azad, Ashfaqulla Khan, Bhagat Singh, and Jogesh Chandra Chatterjee.
2)      The Hindustan Republican Association (HRA), a groundbreaking group founded in 1923 and renamed the Hindustan Socialist Republican Association (HSRA) in 1928, was the publisher of The Revolutionary.
3)      It was essentially a revolutionary political group established by Ram Prasad Bismil and his associates to oppose British rule in India and, if required, win the nation's independence through an unarmed uprising.
