Hydrogen carrier of photosynthetic electron transport system is 

Plastoquinone is the H carrier during electron transport of photosynthesis. It accepts electron from primary electron acceptor of PSII and protons from stroma. It gives the electron to cytochrome b₆/f complex and releases the proton into lumen through this complex.
