Detailed Solution

Hydrogen peroxide can be tested with
1) H2O2 reacts with KI to form I2 which on reaction with starch produces blue colour solution.
H2O2 + 2KI 2KOH + I2 starchblue color
2) H2O2 on reaction with acidified K2Cr2O7 forms blue peroxide of chromium which is soluble in ether and produces blue colored layer.
3) H2O2 gives orange colour (pertitanic acid) on reaction with acidified titanium dioxide.
TiO2 + 2H2SO4 Ti(SO4)2 + 2H2OH2O2H2TiO4+2H2SO4Per titanic acid
4) H2O2 turn black PbS into white substance PbSO4
