Therefore, each pen costs 18A.
Let's calculate the price of 5 pens.
Because 5p=5, we have to pay for 5 pens (18A) .
5p=5A8.
However, we have already paid A in total.
Let's calculate the proportion of 58A in A.
We are aware that YX×100 is used to calculate the percentage of y in x.
As a result, we get
 58×AA×100 as the proportion of 58A in A.
⇒58×100=5×12.5=62.5.
Therefore, we have already paid 62.5 percent of the total cost of the pens.
Hence, the answer is option (2) .
