Ibn Battuta, a Moroccan traveller, made extensive trips throughout the medieval world. Ibn Battuta paid a visit to Muhammad Bin Tughlaq, whose court was patronised by several scholars. Muslim Berber-Moroccan explorer and scholar Ibn Battuta. In the Old World, he travelled extensively.
