Detailed Solution

Bromobutane:- 1-Bromobutane is the oregano bromine compound with the formula CH3(CH2)3Br.

It is a colorless liquid, although impure samples appear yellowish.

It is insoluble in water, but soluble in organic solvents.

For non-racemic mixtures of enantiomers, one enantiomer is more abundant than the other.

The composition of these mixtures is described by the enantiomeric excess, which is the difference between the relative abundance of the two enantiomers.

Bromoalkanes: -1-bromoalkanes are prepared by the free addition of hydrogen bromide to 1-alkene.

These conditions lead to the addition of anti-Markovnikov, e.g. give the output of 1-bromo.

1-Bromobutane can also be prepared from butanol with hydrobromic acid treatment.

1-Bromobutane (CH _3 CH _2 CH _2 CH _2 Br)

2-Bromobutane ( CH3CH2CHBrCH3)

Tert-Butyl bromide or 2-Bromo-2-methylpropane ( (CH3)3CBr)

1-Bromo-2-methylpropane ( (CH3)2CHCH2CH2Br)

stereoisomerism:-

It is a form of isomerism in which molecules have the same formula as the sequence of atoms bound.

But it differs in the depth of the three sides of their atoms in the atmosphere.

Option:- (a) 75 % (+) and 25% (-)
