If $233x$  is exactly divisible by 2 and 3 then the least value of $233x$  is

$2+3+3+x=3$ multiple

$8+x=3$ multiple

Next 3 multiple is 9

$x=9-8=1$

But to make it divisible by 2 $x$ must be even
