compare coefficients of ${\mathrm{e}}^{\mathrm{x}},{\mathrm{e}}^{-\mathrm{x}}$ on both sides 

$9\mathrm{A}+9\mathrm{B}=4\Rightarrow \mathrm{A}+\mathrm{B}=4/9$

$-4\mathrm{A}+4\mathrm{B}=6\Rightarrow -\mathrm{A}+\mathrm{B}=3/2$

Solve $\mathrm{A}=\frac{-19}{36}\mathrm{B}=\frac{35}{36}$
