The given linear equation as follows,
5t−3=3t−5 .
Adding 3 on both sides of the equation, we get  5t−3+3=3t−5+3 or 5t=3t−2
Next, subtracting 3t from each side of the equation, we get
5t−3t=3t−2−3t or 2t=−2
Now, dividing both sides of the equation by 2, we get,
2t 2 = −2 2 t=−1
Therefore, t=−1 is the solution of 5t−3=3t−5 .
