Hence, a=-8+2=-10

Given 3,3 are the roots of the equation x2+αx+b=0

Hence, b=9 ( product of the roots)

The required equation is x2-10x+9=0

Factorize the above equation as 

x2-x-9x+9=0xx-1-9x-1=0x-1x-9=0

It implies that 

x-1=0x=1 orx-9=0x=9

Therefore, required roots are 1,9
