a,a+2and a+4 → Prime numbers
As, the least prime number is 2. Thus,
a=2.
Now,
a+2=2+2=4
4 is not a prime number. Thus, a=2 is not correct option.
Let, a=3,
a+2=3+2=5 
a+4=3+4=7
3, 5, 7 are prime numbers.
Now let a=5,
a+2=5+2=7   and,
 a+4=5+4=9
9 is not a prime number.
Hence, the correct option is 1.
