Given,
Radius of circular track, r=7 m
Time, t=10 s
Since the track is circular having radius 7 m, the total distance is given by the circumference of the circle, i.e.,
Total distance=2πr
On substituting the values, we get the total distance as
Total distance= 2(3.14)(7) 
Total distance= (6.28)(7)
Total distance= 43.96 m
It is known that
Speed = total distance / time
On substituting the values, we get the speed as
Speed = 43.96 / 10
