If  $f(x^2-6x+6)+f(x^2-4x+4)=2x\forall x\in R$ then $f(-3)+f\left(9\right)$  is 

Assume  $x^2-6x+6=x^2-4x+4$
 $\Rightarrow x=1$
Substituting  $x=1$ in given functional relation
 $\Rightarrow 2f\left(1\right)=2\Rightarrow f\left(1\right)=1$
For  $x^2-6x+6=1$
 $\Rightarrow x=1to5$
 $x^2-4x+4=1\Rightarrow x=1or3$
Putting $x=3$  and 5 in  $f(x^2-6x+6)+6(x^2-4x+4)=2x$
We get  $f(-3)+f\left(1\right)=6$
 $$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow f(-3)=5andf\left(1\right)+f\left(9\right)=10\Rightarrow f\left(9\right)=9 \\ \Rightarrow f(-3)+f\left(9\right)=14 \end{gathered}$$
