Sum of roots will be  $\tan A+\tan B+\tan C=\tan A\tan B\tan C=\frac{p}{q}$
Product of roots will be  $\tan A\tan B\tan C=\frac{p}{q}$
Sum of product of 2 roots taken at a time will be  $\tan A\tan B+\tan B\tan C+\tan C\tan A=\frac{1+q}{q}$
