Detailed Solution

Given: ∠QRS = 110o

We know that the sum of either pair of opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral is 180o.

So in cyclic quadrilateral PQRS,

QRS+QPS=180o

QPS+110o=180o

QPS=70o   ...(i)

We know that the angle subtended by a diameter/semicircle on any point of a circle is 90o.

 PSQ=90o   ...(ii)

Now in ΔPSQ,

PSQ+QPS+SQP=180o    [Angle sum property of a triangle]

From equations (i) and (ii), we get

 90o+70o+PQS=180o

 PQS=180o-160o

 PQS=20o

Hence, the measure of PQS is 20o.
