Detailed Solution

Given that the difference between the circumference and the radius of a circle is 37 cm.
We have to find the circumference of the circle.
The circumference of a circle of radius r is 2πr  .
The difference between the circumference and the radius of a circle is 37 cm.
So,
2πrr=37 r 2π1 =37 r 2× 22 7 1 =37 r 447 7 =37
r= 37×7 37 r=7 cm
Therefore, the circumference of the circle, C is,  2πr7=37 2πr=37+7 C=44 cm
Therefore, the circumference of the circle is 44 cm.
Therefore, the correct option is 2.
