Given,

F= 10 N, m= 2 kg. 

Newton's second law of motion, states that force(F) is equal to the product of mass(m) and acceleration (a) of the body.

 F=ma. 

Substituting  the values, we get, 

 10 = 2 x a.

Therefore, the acceleration produced in the body must be 5 m/s2.
