Mass is a quantitative measure of inertia and the most fundamental property of all matter. Mass does not depend on acceleration due to gravity. Hence, even if the gravitational force on earth disappears, there will be no effect on the mass of the body.

Weight can be defined as the force exerted on a body due to gravitational pull. A body would not accelerate downward if there was no gravitational pull from the earth. Hence, there will be no force acting on the body due to gravity, so, the weight of the body will become zero.

So, if the gravitational attraction of the Earth suddenly disappears the weight of the body will become zero, but the mass will remain the same.
