Detailed Solution

Given expansion (2x+3)6  is,

We have general term in the expansion (x+a)n

(Tr+1=nCrxnr(a)r be the expansion of (x+a)n)

pth  terms:

Tp=6Cp127p3p1

The pth  terms in the expansion of (2x+3)6  is 4860, then

Tp=6Cp127p3p1=4860=22×35×5......................(1)

For p=2 , L.H.S. of (1) =6.25.3=26.32

For p=3 , L.H.S. of (1) =15.25.32=25.33.5

For p=4 , L.H.S. of (1) =20.23.33=25.33.5

For  p=5 , L.H.S. of (1) =15.22.34=22.35.5= R.H.S.

p=5
