Detailed Solution

Concept: We will solve this question by using the formula Loss%=losscost price ×100 then we will be calculating the price of 13 bat sold at 10% loss by subtracting loss from the present cost price of 13 bats.
Price of 13 bats=Rs. 390
Now we will find the cost of 13 bats when it's sold at 10% loss. We should first find out the loss that will occur after selling the bats at 10% loss by substituting the given values in the above formula.
10=loss390×100
10=loss39×10
10×39=loss×10
10×3910=loss
So, we know that there will be a loss of Rs. 39.
Now subtract the loss amount from the cost price of 13 bat
390-39=351
So, the price of 13 bat when it is sold at 10% loss is Rs. 351
Hence, option 4 is correct.
